Latton Bush Centre, Harlow

The works included the provision of 6 No condensing boilers, complete with modulating pumpsets, cascade, primary side expansion, plate heat exchanger, new flues and secondary pumpsets with zone valves.

A complete new BMS controls system was installed.

The complete installation was commissioned, regulated and handed over to the block in full operating order. The Contract was completed on time, within the agreed cost and in a nine-week contract period whilst the block was fully operational.
